This machine takes the concentrate of the coolant and mixes it into the proper dilution to match whatever customer specification is required.
The ProSeries 300 automatically mixes and houses the coolant in a central distribution tank, which is then pumped to each individual CNC machine.
Our high-flow pumps create enough pressure to move the mixed stamping fluid a distance of up to three football fields.
The pumps’ hoses are similar to those used at gas stations, enabling manual removal of stamping fluid when needed.
